Berardi Brothers Pizza

Berardi Brothers is often acclaimed as the best cheesesteak down the Shore (Sea Isle City), but they also have a location in Southampton, PA. This family runs deep in Philadelphia pizza tradition, with their first shop opening in 1975 on Torresdale, and a variety of related concepts throughout the Delaware Valley.

The roll was in bad shape, and borderline stale. See - we cross the County Line Road and suddenly the bread is worse! That’s where the negatives ended though - I really enjoyed the sandwich as a whole. The meat was a generous portion, perfectly seasoned and chopped with no signs at all of gristle. The sandwich was absolutely dripping with cheese, that was exploding with flavor. The pickles on the side were a nice touch too!
